Quality is always top of mind when creating our delish as-heck m*lks, and Tricalcium Phosphate and Dipotassium Phosphate help us do just that! For example, when formulating Oat Barista, it was our mission to create a product that mixed well with coffee and could handle the heat (aka no curdling). Coffee is often acidic, but by adding pH regulators like Dipotassium Phosphate and Tricalcium Phosphate, we achieved the delicious quality that our consumers know and love.

Tricalcium Phosphate and Dipotassium Phosphate are made from naturally occurring minerals, are approved additives as per CFIA, and are considered safe for consumption by health authorities. We also use as little as needed to achieve the taste and functionality we are after!

That being said, we totally get that it's not for everyone. Which is why we created our au naturel Naked Oat! It’s made with only four super simple ingredients: glyphosate-free and gluten-free Canadian oats, water, sea salt, and natural enzymes (to transform the oats’ starch into a delish n' creamy texture).
