The 5g of protein per cup comes from the oats, faba beans and pea protein. We tried so many protein combinations and finally cracked the code to create the perfect dairy alternative that has a good amount of protein, but also a creamy neutral taste that delivers in your recipes and morning coffee! We do our best to source ingredients locally. Oats and faba beans are Canadian. For the pea protein, we’ve found a great supplier abroad that helped us achieve the delicious taste we were after.
