Gellan Gum is a finely milled polysaccharide produced through bacterial fermentation and Locust Bean Gum is derived from the seeds of the carob tree. Both provide stability and create the creaminess you love. No ugly separation over here!

That said, we totally get gums aren't for everyone so we've got you covered. Our Oat Barista and our organic 4 ingredients Naked Oat come with no gums! Have you tried them yet?
