Konjac is a root vegetable (think of an odd-shaped potato!) that grows in parts of Asia. The Konjac Powder is used as a natural thickener. The soluble fiber found in the bulb of the plant absorbs water to form a gel-like material, which helps us achieve this delicious creamy texture. Pretty cool eh?
