Sunflower Lecithin is used in our conventional Almond M*lk as an emulsifier (so there's no ugly separation!) and it's made from vegetable raw material. It doesn't contain any additives or preservatives, just the goodness of plants!

If that's an ingredient you'd like to avoid, our line of organic So Nice Almond doesn’t contain any sunflower lecithin.
